Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order items may require additional processing time of up to 7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship via USPS and other major carriers.
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Made-to-Order Items Some items in our store are made to order. These items may have longer processing times, which will be noted on the product page.
